Our Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSO) pupil representatives meet regularly either with staff, our local councillor & the traffic police to discuss matters of mutual concern and put forward ideas on ways of making our school and the roads around school safer.

Governors meet with the JRSO’s to ensure the pupils have input directly at governing board level. 

​Parking is an ongoing issue around school, especially at the start and end of the school day. ASDA very generously agree to our parents parking free in their carpark which is adjacent to school. The JRSOs monitor parking with the police. Illegally or dangerously parked cars are highlighted and the Police speak with the drivers which improves safety for our children.
